For best results:
After washing hair, squeeze moisture out. Massage a generous amount of treatment into hair (for medium length hair, use a ping pong ball sized amount). Leave in for about 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Using your fingers, comb through hair from roots to ends until hair is completely smooth. Recommended use: 1-2 times per week.
