For best results:
Wet hair, apply about a teaspoon of shampoo to hands and emulsify hair, massage well to clean scalp and hair ends. Rinse thoroughly with clean warm water. Follow with conditioner: apply to clean, wet hair and massage from scalp to hair ends. Rinse with warm (not hot) water after at least 3 minutes, longer if possible. Towel dry and style as usual. For severely damaged hair, additional weekly use of Oshima Tsubaki Premium Hair Treatment (item 4308) is recommended.
