For best results:
Tear or cut open built-in pour spout and refill your bottle. Apply 1 or 2 teaspoons (or 1 - 2 good sized pumps) to wet, clean hair and softly massage through hair and scalp. Leave in for 5-10 minutes if possible, to help hair absorb healing ingredients. Rinse with warm water. Best when used with Shampoo (item 4182).
