For best results:
A single pump's worth of shampoo on wet hair should be enough lather for most. Massage well and rinse with warm (not hot) water. Massage one or two pumps of conditioner from scalp to hair ends. Rinse with warm (not hot) water after at least 30 seconds, longer if possible. Remove excess water from hair, squeeze treatment into palm and work into wet hair thoroughly, massage into scalp and through hair ends. Wait a minute or two and rinse with warm (not hot) water. Style as usual.
