Nice Products, Nice Service

I rarely write reviews, but this seller deserves it. My products arrived on schedule and I'm anxious to try all of them. True, there are so many choices of other companies that it is difficult for one company to make its mark - this one does!
TrueRenu had everything very attractively and professionally packaged - even a couple of extras with a nice thank-you note. This is the kind of service that makes TrueRenu earn my repeat business, and I don't often say so. Once I try all the products, I am certain I will re-order my favorites.
Highly recommended seller and products, even for non-Japanese folks.

TrueRenu always ship very quickly. They have products you can't buy in just any store. I really liked that they sold sample packages - they made great stocking stuffers and all the product samples were a hit.

I ordered 2 sets of samples. Everything came in time, & I was very pleased. TrueRenu even included a ton of free extras too, which I was very happy about :]. The products themselves are great. I recommend the shampoo/conditioner & the foaming face wash [my favorite]. I'll probably be buying the foaming face wash which was amazing. The eye moister jell was also very good too.

I loved all of the samples! It was in a cute little bag and it came with a little book/pamphlet that had all of the ingredients and instructions for each little sample.

This little bag has a generous number of samples, all of which will last more than one use. & if you're not sure whether you want to spend the money on a full Komenuka Bijin product, this is what will convince you it's worth it.
This also works as a great gift to others, not just yourself :)

TrueRenu products are excellent. I used to live in Hawaii and miss the Japanese products. Try the sample bag. I see a clarity in my skin from using the Komenuka Bijin line. I am impressed with the fast shipping and free samples and coupons.
